To adapt is to make suitable to requirements or conditions; to adjust or modify fittingly. It implies some adjustment to new conditions or environment.
What do you do when the circumstances of your life change the requirements of your life physically, financially, emotionally, relationally and spiritually?
What do you do when what was fitting is no longer suitable?
The fact that you are sensing a need to change suggests that something has happened to change the trajectory of your plans; it awaits your response.
Your response sends a message as well: “I will win anyway!”
This week, I want to share with you 4 observations that will assist us in adapting. They are:
- Get determined to win, no matter what the cost, in the midst of the crisis.
- Deal expeditiously with the crisis.
- Face your challenge to fix it.
- Lead, take charge and accept responsibility.
Today, before becoming overwhelmed by your schedule or tasks, meditate on Philippians 4:13 which says, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
Take a moment to assess where or how you may need to adapt and prepare to win.
