Saltiness Is Not Always Destructive

By Pastor Alton Trimble

Manna For Today: May 3, 2016

Salt kills some things

Judges 9:45 – All that day Abimelek pressed his attack against the city until he had captured it and killed its people. Then he destroyed the city and scattered salt over it.

  • Salt kills some things: Bad temper, divorce, failure, insecurity, fear, anxiety, sin, addiction.
  • Salt changes things.

2 Corinthians 5:17 – Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!

  • We and those around us are better because of salt.

Peace and Blessings!

    Amen PT
Jesus said that “we are the salt of the earth”, so we should season the earth and our brethren with the love of Christ.
